Final Year Project


“In 1995 there were 300 people aged 100+ in the UK. By 2031, it is estimated that the figure could boom to 36,000”

 

Although this is something to be celebrated, it is none the less the case that more and more elderly people will live alone. This will lead to social isolation amongst the elderly becoming the biggest issue facing Britain. Potentially the elderly have a lot to offer if they are engaged and active. My forth year study tries to encourage this, reminding people that one day we too will be old.
